Orders

  • Orders placed Monday – Friday are processed within 2-3 business days
  • For rush orders, please call us to confirm product availability and shipping options.
  • If an item valued at $10.00 or more is out of stock, we will contact you via phone or email with options for substitution or back-ordering.
  • You’ll receive order updates via email for added convenience.

Custom Items

  • Custom orders are typically completed within two weeks of receipt.
  • Please carefully review custom items for accuracy before confirming. If you spot an error, contact us within one business day.
  • Note: Custom items are non-refundable.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, with options for USPS and UPS available at checkout.
  • We primarily use USPS, but UPS may be used for larger orders. We’ll contact you if adjustments are needed.
  • International orders are billed by package weight and size, with customers responsible for Duty, Tax, or VAT. USPS does not offer insurance for international shipments.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping charges are

Returns & Exchanges

  • Contact us toll-free at (866) 212-9983 or by email at cs@royalsplendor.com to let us know what you are returning within15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Non-refundable items: Sale items and custom orders
  • Items must be new, unworn, and free from smoke or pet hair.
  • Pack returns carefully, including your name, address, phone number, and return instructions.

  • We recommend you insure your return package, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Refunds are processed within two weeks. Credit card refunds may take two billing cycles to appear. 
  • Purchases made with gift certificates are eligible for exchange or refund to the original credit card. 
  • For defective items, please contact us for replacement or credit within seven days. 

Terms and Conditions

  • Royal Splendor reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons anytime. 
  • Coupons can only be redeemed once and have no cash value. 
  • If you return a purchase made with a coupon, the coupon discount will be deducted from the return credit. 
  • Note: Royal Splendor Travel charges are not included in coupon promotions.
