FAQ

Royal Splendor strives for 100% customer satisfaction.  However, we have a few policies we would like to share:

Store hours:
*Monday – Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm PST
*Times may vary if we are traveling to Red Hat Conventions, we ask that you always call us toll free at (866) 212-9983 to assure that we are in town before you travel to our store. 
*We are happy to open on Saturday for chapter lunches, please call to reserve your special date.

Orders:
*Orders place during Monday – Friday will be processed within two – three business days. 
*If your needing a rush, please call us to confirm product availability and shipping options.
*If an item is out of stock we will call or email options for substitution or placing that item on backorder if the value is $15.00 or more. 
*Our system will send you emails on the progress of your order for your convenience.

Custom rhinestone pins:
*All pins are custom made overseas, please expect a 6-8 week for production time.  Orders placed are combined with other orders and then placed with our manufacture twice a month on average.
*Non-refundable once your order has been placed.
*Once your pin arrives we will package and ship, tracking numbers are emailed from our system for your convenience. 
*We recommend you place your pin order separately so there is no delay in getting your other items delivered.  Additional shipping charges will apply for your pin order (see shipping chart below).

Other custom items:
*All orders placed will be filled within approx. one week from receipt.
*Please review your item very carefully for spelling and photo placement.  If you notice a mistake after you confirm your order, please contact us within the next business day.
*Custom items are non-refundable.

Shipping:
*USPS is our preferred shipping company.  UPS will be used for larger orders and shipping charges will be adjusted, we will call you first to discuss options.
*International orders are billed by weight and size of box.  Duty, Tax, VAT are the responsible of the customers.  All packages are shipped without insurance as the USPS does not offer this option. 
*Return packages, customers will be charged for all fees associated with the return.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable unless Royal Splendor has made a shipping error.

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be happy but at times we know that the item just doesn’t work for you.  Please follow the following:
*Please contact us by calling us toll free (866) 212-9983 and return your item(s) within 30 days from original purchase date for a full refund of cost of the product(s) or we would be happy to exchange for another item you would like.
*Please understand we can only accept your item new and unworn, free from smoke and pet hair.
*Pack your return carefully.  Include your name, address, phone number and instructions.
*Mail your package back to:

*Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
*It is recommended that you insure your return package as we are not responsible for lost packages.
*All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
*Once your package is returned we will process your return within two weeks.  Your refund method will be processed by the method is was paid for.  For credit cards please allow at least two billing months to show up on your statement. 
*Orders purchased by gift certificate are eligible for an exchange for other product(s) or the original credit card that purchased the gift certificate will be credited.  
*Sale items and custom items are non-refundable.
*Defective item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

How Do I Join Royal Splendor’s Rewards Program?
Simply create a Royal Splendor customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget Royal Rewards on the top left side of our home page.  

How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in person*. Please make sure you provide your email address at the time of checkout.  Each time you spend you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, such as creating an account, completing your profile, birthdays, sharing us on FB, liking us on FB or referring friends. Use your loyalty points to claim the rewards that you want, or save them up to unlock higher points required rewards. 

*Excluding convention fees, sale items, any shipping fees, taxes and discounts applied.

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
Each time you shop online or in-person, you will receive our loyalty program email with your updated loyalty points balance. From our email click into your customer portal, here you can claim rewards. You can also log in on our website by clicking on our Regal Rewards widget. 

How do I use my rewards?
When you've unlock a reward, you will receive a unique reward coupon. You can redeem your reward coupon on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click Apply (only one coupon code per order). Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.

Terms and Conditions

  • Royal Splendor reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
  • Coupons can only be redeemed once.
  • If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
  • Coupons have no cash value.
  • Royal Splendor Travel charges are not included.
