New York New York Here we come!!!
Hello everyone, I am getting very excited about our upcoming cruise, only seven more months till we start our fabulous journey together. I have worked very hard on our pre-package itinerary for New York, here is a preview of what is planned: Arriving Thursday October 7, 2010:
Airport to Hotel - On your own I would recommend flying into JFK airport as it is not far and very easy to get transportation to the hotel.
***Hotel: 2 Nights - New York Helmsley (4 ∏ star rating)***
I chose the Helmsley hotel for its incredible service, location and safety. Many of the hotels are booked as we arrive on a holiday weekend - Columbus Day
(Many of you have stated you are arriving earlier than Thursday, if so, please email your dates that you have in mind so I can organize with the hotel and pricing for the additional nights stay)
Meals - On your own I will be arriving in the late afternoon, once I have a set airline schedule I will let you know. We may all want to meet in the lobby and walk over to a close restaurant and have dinner together.
Friday October 8, 2010:
Breakfast: On your own, we can again meet and have a nice breakfast down the street.

Transportation from the hotel to the Manhattan cruise terminal. We start our next adventure on our Princess Cruise. It's all coming together for a great holiday!

All this fun for only $699.00 Per person - All taxes included
Deposit required to hold your place in the amount of $150.00 by May 1, 2010
Paid by personal check, made out to ROYAL SPLENDOR TRAVEL. To keep the cost down with the tour company, I am requesting that you pay by check otherwise a 3% fee will have to be added to the final price for those who would like to pay with a credit card.
Balance due: July 1, 2010
Cancellation policy: (Land Tour) $100.00 cancellation fee per person will be imposed by the tour company up to 45 days prior to departure, after 45 days there are no refunds.
A Royal Splendor Travel company check will be issued directly to you for the amount after all non-refundable portions have been deducted.
Cancellation policy: (Theater tickets) Once the tickets are purchased they are non-refundable.
Travel Guard insurance: Many of you have purchased your insurance with Travel Guard, please make sure the dollar amount that you have purchased will cover your complete per person trip cost. If you need to increase your trip cost range to cover your Airline ticket, cruise and pre-package tour please give me a call and I will be more than happy to help, as it is very easy to do so. It's not too late for the few of you that have not purchased insurance. Insurance can be purchased up to 72 hours before departure.
*Price are based per person, double occupancy for the hotel. Hotel tax is included, Tips not included
(Single room supplement are available for the Helmley Hotel, please let me know if you prefer to have your own hotel room and I will be more than happy to assist in booking and providing pricing)
Prices and cancellation policy are subject to change due to availability of hotel and theater, we will do our best to secure space as soon as I hear back from everyone and receive your deposits.
