APRIL 17, 2010: **NEW DATE** Gather your red hat sisters and come to our annual fashion show. We will be celebrating the
“RED HAT BIRTHDAY” together. A wonderful lunch will be served, fashion show, surprise entertainment, shopping galore and new friendships for all. Don’t forget to wear your opposite colors… All this fun will take place at the DoubleTree Hotel World Arena, special room rates available for those who would like to stay over. MAY 22, 2010: You’re invited to our popular “SPRING & SUMMER FLAIR” hat decorating class. You will be in great hands with our very own in-house hat decorator Susie Katz – Queen of Hat Décor… A brand new stylish hat has been designed exclusively for Royal Splendor. Red or Pink hats will be available. We will hold your hat and kit at our store for pick up for two weeks if you are not able to attend. Desserts, finger food, beverages and plenty of prizes. JUNE 19, 2010: Are you ready for a full day of ultimate fun??? “KENTUCKY DERBY DAY” is back by popular demand… We will start the morning off right with "Mimosas and Danishes" at the Royal Splendor store and then we will board the beautiful Grey Line bus with our favorite red hatter bus driver. We will stop this year at the Castle Rock Outlet Mall to pick up our Red Hat sisters. Then we are off to the Arapahoe Park to participate in live horse racing. We will have a short class on what to do and how to pick your winning horse. A lovely deli sandwich box lunch will be served in their spectacular air-conditioned building. You will even have an opportunity to walk out to the stables and check out the race horses and watch them getting prepped for their next race.
Now that you will have a pocket full of winnings you will be ready for a home cook meal at our favorite "White Fence Farm" restaurant. Their fantastic staff will serve us their specialty dishes in our own private room this year. After dinner we will do our group photo and board the bus back to Colorado Springs. If you live within driving distance to the race track and the restaurant we will offer the same arrangement as last year. Games and prizes throughout the day… A full day of fun for only…

JULY 21, 2010: You’re invited to A Red Hat A’Faire “COUNTRY FAIR” themed luncheon presented by the Colorado Springs Queen Council. Location will be at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Colorado Springs. A fantastic day is planned so tell all your sisters and come have fun. AUGUST 13 – 15, 2010: **SAVE THE DATE** A fun filled weekend is being planned by our very own Lady Swan. “SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY” will be in Loveland, CO this year. NOVEMBER 13, 2010: Start your holiday off with our new “RED HAT STOCKING STUFFER” program. We will be decorating stockings and filling them with gifts for the elderly. What a wonderful way to make someone happy during the holiday season. You will be provided with a stocking, embellishments, assorted gifts and the feeling of happiness. Our goal is to deliver 200 stocking throughout Colorado. You will be able to decorate your own stocking or make a donation and we will decorate it for you. Each stocking will have a greeting card attached for you to write a personal note. (Volunteers will be needed to help deliver stockings) Desserts, finger food, Hot Beverages and plenty of prizes. Cost: $12.00ps non-refundable
