At Royal Splendor, we stand behind our merchandise 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange it or receive a refund within 30 days. Sale items are not returnable and we cannot refund shipping charges.

When returning items:

• Email us info@royalsplendor.com or call 1-866-212-9983 for a RA#
• All returned items must be in the original packaging.
• Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused. 
• We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.
• Please allow 30 business days for processing your return.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise. Do not throw away any packaging.
